Apostle Felix Revills
Apostle Felix L. Revills serves as Senior Pastor and Chief Executive Officer of Evangelical Faith Vision Ministries, Inc. (EFVM), a ministry founded by his distinguished parents, Apostle Isaiah Revills and Shepherd Mother Ullainee Revills. In this role, he provides spiritual and administrative oversight to more than 20 churches throughout the United States, as well as international missions in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic. EFVM is also a vested member of the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem.
A visionary leader and influential voice in ministry, Apostle Revills is committed to walking faithfully in the will of God and advancing the Kingdom through transformative leadership, biblical teaching, and community service.
Apostle Revills proudly served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corps. He later earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Albany State University.
His commitment to service extends beyond the church and into the greater Albany community. He is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., currently serves on the Albany Georgia Initiative for Community Housing (GICH) Team, and is a former member of the Rotary Club on the Flint–Albany, GA. In 2009, he was recognized among the Albany Herald’s Southwest Georgia “40 Under 40.”
Apostle Revills is the founder and president of New Visions Community Development Corporation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing the holistic needs of families. Through education, resources, supportive services, and community development initiatives, New Visions empowers individuals to achieve their personal goals and become productive, thriving members of the community.
He also serves as executive producer of EFVM’s weekly television broadcast, “The Latter Rain,” and the ministry’s “Financial Fridays” podcast. In 2022, he expanded his ministry through authorship with the release of his first book, “Close the Door on Your Way Out.”
Apostle Revills shares life and ministry with his wife and best friend, First Lady Andrea Revills. Together, they are the proud parents of four children and grandparents to one grandson.
Although his accomplishments speak volumes, Apostle Revills considers his greatest distinction to be the call God has placed upon his life. He remains devoted to leading with integrity, serving humanity, and carrying the vision of EFVM into its next dimension of ministry.
First Lady Andrea Revills
First Lady Andrea C. Revills is a devoted ministry leader, community advocate, author, wife, mother, and grandmother. A native of Albany, Georgia, she is the eldest child of Mr. Joseph Carter and Ms. Sufronia Carter.
Lady Revills earned a Bachelor of Science from Albany State University and a master’s degree from Troy State University. Her education, compassion, and commitment to service have equipped her to make a lasting impact within both the church and the greater Albany community.
She is married to her best friend, Apostle Felix L. Revills. Together, they are the proud parents of four children—Shinequa, Alexix, Gyasi, and Brandon—and grandparents to their grandson, Demitri.
Lady Revills is the co-founder and executive director of New Visions Community Development Corporation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing the holistic needs of families. Through vital resources, supportive services, and community-based programs, the organization empowers individuals to accomplish their personal goals and become productive, thriving members of the community.
Throughout her years of service, Lady Revills has mentored young people through several community organizations. She is a graduate of Leadership Dougherty, currently serves on the Albany Georgia Initiative for Community Housing (GICH) Team, and is a former member of the Rotary Club on the Flint–Albany, GA. She is also a member of the Albany, Georgia Chapter of The Links, Incorporated.
Her dedication to the community is matched by her commitment to ministry. Lady Revills serves as secretary of the EFVM Corporate Board and president of the EFVM AMAZING Women’s Ministry. She is also the visionary behind several impactful women’s ministry initiatives, including the “For Your Glory” worship experience, the Women’s Fellowship Crusade, and the “Sisters in Spirit” Women’s Retreat.
In 2026, Lady Revills released her first book, “God + Zero = Everything,” sharing a powerful message of faith, surrender, and the unlimited possibilities that emerge when everything is placed in God’s hands.
Lady Revills is committed to faithfully completing every assignment God has entrusted to her. As she stands alongside Apostle Revills in advancing the mission of EFVM, she remains ready, willing, and equipped to help bring the unfolding vision to fulfillment.
